Spray directly onto the face with eyes closed. You can then choose to gently wipe the spray over your face with a cotton pad to remove any pollen from the skin.

How much do I need?
Each bottle contains an average of 120 syringes. You can use it for quite a long time and you may use as much or as little as needed.

How often can I use the mist?
As much as you want! The spray contains a very gentle and mild formula.
