Instructions for use:

Magnesium Body Gel/Milk: Apply generously to skin and massage in until fully absorbed.

Magnesium & Epsom Salt Foot Bath: Add a few tablespoons to warm water and soak your feet.

Essential Oil Blend: Add a few drops to your bath or aroma diffuser.

Himalayan salt heat pillow: Heat in the microwave at 700 watts for 60-second intervals until your ideal temperature is reached.

Power Woman smoothie mix: Add one tablespoon with a milk or yogurt product (not buttermilk) of your choice, blend for 2 minutes and enjoy!
