Its use is very simple. First, gently blow any excess snot or mucus out of your nose. Use the included "Get rid of those Pollen" essential oil blend to add between 5 and 15 drops of oil blend to the salt. Seal one nostril with your finger. Hold the inhaler just under your other nostril (against the nostril) and gently inhale for 3 seconds. This will help you breathe more freely through the nose. Repeat for the other nostril. If the smell is a little too strong, you can hold the inhaler a little further away from your nose or inhale for 2 instead of 3 seconds. Above all, do what you feel comfortable with.

You may use the nasal inhaler as often as you like and especially when you want to breathe more freely.

Salt is very heat resistant and melts at 800 degrees Celsius! When inhaling, you do inhale small salt particles along with the essential oil. The salt will last. Be sure not to add water, though. This is because salt is soluble in water.

Also for this product, based on independent scientific studies, we have created our own essential oil blend. This time we use Eucalyptus Globulus, Ravensara Aromatica, Citrus Limonum and Melaleuca Alternifolia.

Not all pollen symptoms are the same and not everyone suffers equally. In the essential oil blend for the nasal inhaler, we have added Citrus Limonum essential oil. The lemon essential oil works better when inhaled.
