Levering:

We carefully do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. Orders placed on weekdays before 15:00, we try to ship the same day. However, we do not always succeed in this, sometimes products are not in stock and then the delivery of the order may take a little longer. In essence, we deliver scented candles and wax melt products within 2 days if the product is in stock. Bath bombs and scrubs have a delivery time of 2 - 4 days.

If for any reason we do not meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.

Prices listed do not include shipping to Dutch addresses. When you spend over €40 you qualify for free shipping in the Netherlands. When you spend above €50 you qualify for free delivery in Belgium.

For delivery within other EU countries we charge shipping costs for orders under €75. The shipping contributions are:

€10.00 to North/West EU countries
€12.00 to Eastern EU countries
Free for orders over €75

Delivery is made via the letter carrier or parcel delivery service of PostNL, DHL or DPD. Generally, delivery will take place the next working day between 9:00 and 18:00. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.

 

Retourneren:

Na aankoop van producten heeft u de mogelijkheid om binnen 14 dagen de aankoop te ontbinden. U geeft bij ons binnen 14 dagen aan dat u een product/producten wilt retourneren. U draagt zelf de kosten voor het terugsturen van het product/de producten.

Wanneer een pakket naar een afhaalpunt wordt gebracht en u haalt het daar niet op, dan wordt dit ook gezien als een beroep op het herroepingsrecht. We brengen hiervoor € 6,80  voor de retourkosten in rekening brengen. Zodra het pakket terug is bij ons, wordt je bestelling (gedeeltelijk) geannuleerd. Dit geldt ook als je het pakket weigert bij de deur.

Producten komen alleen voor het herroepingsrecht in aanmerking indien deze ongeopend en ongebruikt zijn. Producten die speciaal voor u zijn gemaakt, zijn uitgesloten van het herroepingsrecht.
