Place one of the shower steamers on the shower floor between your feet (see pictures). Make sure the shower steamer is not in direct contact with the water jet). Drops of water on the shower steamer activate the release of the essential scents so enjoy the slow release of the aroma as the steam dissipates. Breathe deeply and let the scents envelop your senses for an unparalleled experience.

Multiple uses: Depends on how long you shower!

Each shower steamer can be used 1 to 2 times, depending on the duration of your shower session. If you shower "navy style" (2 minutes) then you can use the shower steamer up to 3 times. If you like the long showers (10-15 minutes) then use up an entire shower steamer!
