Hold the Conditioner Bar in your hands under the shower spray to soften the top layer of the bar. Rub your hair with the Conditioner Bar. Using your hands, massage the conditioner into your hair and over your scalp. Be sure to distribute everything well, from the mid length to the ends and leave in your hair for at least 5 minutes (preferably 10 minutes for thin hair and at least 20 minutes for medium to thick hair). The longer you keep the conditioner bar on your hair the more it has a chance to soak into the roots and get to the ends.<br \/>\nAfter this, you can rinse your hair thoroughly. Your hair is now conditioned, extra soft and deeply hydrated.
